Peppered Mackerel Pasta


200g Seasmoke Peppered Mackerel
600g fettuccini
2 cups readymade Italian tomato pasta sauce2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
parmesan cheese
fresh basil leaves


Cook the pasta in boiling salted and oiled water until cooked al dente. Drain thoroughly. Add the tomato sauce.

Break the peppered mackerel into bite size pieces and add to the pasta and sauce.

Pour in the olive oil and gently heat through. Serve in pasta bowls with a little shaved parmesan and fresh basil.
